When placing an order, the shipping date is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be listed on the order confirmation. Therefore, it is never possible for the shipping date shown on the website during the ordering process to differ from the one listed on the order confirmation.
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, you can, of course, cancel (part of) the order. To do so, please contact our customer service team. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within two business days. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Once you have paid for your order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for it. If you would like to receive an invoice, there are two ways to do so. The first is through your account on our store. When you log in to your account, you can view your orders and download the invoice.
