These General Terms and Conditions govern all online sales of ice cream and related products through the online shop www.iltrottolino.lt.<\/p>\n

1. INTRODUCTION<\/h5>\n

UAB \"SALDU SALDU\", company code 307090932, VAT code LT100017571311, registered at V. Nagevi\u010diaus g. 3, LT-08237, Vilnius, Lithuania, is the owner of the online shop www.iltrottolino.lt specialising in the sale of ice cream.<\/p>\n

These terms and conditions (\"Terms\") govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer, including the placing of orders, payment, delivery, returns and protection of personal data.<\/p>\n

The Buyer may be a natural person aged 18 years or over with full legal capacity who places an order in the online shop.<\/p>\n

Before placing an order, the Buyer must read and accept these Terms and Conditions. No order may be placed without confirmation of acceptance.<\/p>\n

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded upon confirmation of payment and shall remain in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations.<\/p>\n

2. ORDERING AND CUSTOMER DATA<\/h5>\n

2.1 The Customer may place an order as a registered user or as a guest by providing the required information: name, surname, email address, telephone number and delivery address.<\/p>\n

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p>\n

2.3 Upon receipt of payment, the order is confirmed and processed.<\/p>\n

2.4 All notifications (order, confirmation, delivery, etc.) shall be sent to the Buyer's email address.<\/p>\n

3. PRESENTATION<\/h5>\n

3.1 Ice cream will be delivered the day after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

3.2 Delivery is carried out under strict temperature control to keep the product fresh.<\/p>\n

3.3 Delivery is only possible within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (specific regions are indicated in the \"Delivery\" section of the website).<\/p>\n

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER<\/h5>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n


4.1 The Buyer has the right to:<\/p>\n

- buy ice cream in the online shop;<\/p>\n

- cancel the order within 24 hours of receipt if the product has been delivered defective (e.g. melted, damaged packaging, etc.).<\/p>\n

4.2 As ice cream is a perishable product, the return of quality goods is NOT accepted for hygiene and health reasons.<\/p>\n

4.3 Refunds are only available in the following cases:<\/p>\n

- Packaging damaged on delivery;<\/p>\n

- a clear violation of the conditions of detention;<\/p>\n

- the product does not correspond to the order.<\/p>\n

4.4 Returns are accepted ONLY on the day of delivery, provided that the Seller is notified immediately.<\/p>\n

5. PAYMENT AND PRICES<\/h5>\n

5.1 All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.<\/p>\n

5.2. Payment is made online or by bank card.<\/p>\n

5.3 The prices quoted at the time of placing an order are final.<\/p>\n

6. PRODUCT QUALITY<\/h5>\n


6.1 All ice cream shall be stored and delivered in accordance with hygiene standards.<\/p>\n

6.2 The expiry date and storage conditions are indicated on the product packaging.<\/p>\n

6.3 The Seller warrants that the Products comply with quality standards and food safety requirements.<\/p>\n

6.4 The colour and shape of the ice cream displayed on the Website may vary slightly from reality due to the display of the customer's device.<\/p>\n

7. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h5>\n

7.1 All relations shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n

7.2 Disputes and complaints shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the courts.<\/p>\n

7.3 The Seller shall send notifications to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\n
