Damaged or dissolved products: if your gelato is delivered damaged or dissolved, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence.<\/p>

Incorrect orders:If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately so that we can correct the error or refund your money.<\/p>

Unavailable goods: if the item becomes unavailable and is cancelled before delivery, a full refund will be made.<\/p>

2. Non-refundable amounts<\/h5>

Refunds or exchanges will not be made in the following cases:<\/p>

Changed decision: as our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns due to personal preference or changed decision.<\/p>

Absence of the customer: no refund will be made if the delivery failed due to the absence of the recipient.<\/p>
